weather update

today it was cold again - that is pretty much all I have to say.

This fine meal was at our bird feeder this morning. Pixie and I love the fact that our Mom has hung this bird feeder on the deck to attract meals for us. Most times the birds get away - those darn wings and all. But one time, Pixie got a bird that was on the ground. I tried to get a piece of it for myself but Pixie just crunched it right up - she can be so selfish.

This is how Pixie and I spent most of the day today while Mom worked on her dissertation thingy.

I said I was going to try and post every day and I am doing it. Hooray for me. I am a determined little Bug and when I put my mind to something I get it done. Just because I sleep for 20 hours a day doesn't mean I am lazy. It means that those 4 hours I am awake need to really count. I have many things to accomplish. Today's great accomplishment was the destruction of a giant stick in the yard. That stick is a goner.

Pixie and I had a super good run in the yard today. There is still snow but the ground is not frozen anymore. I like the red mud but my Mom is not so fond of it.
